Last week, our scholars partnered with Artist Mary Magdalena and the NM Reforestation Center to create artworks that are part of a sculpture. This sculpture will be used to showcase how important reforestation is for the environment. Our scholars and their families have been invited to attend their groundbreaking event to showcase their work in creating the sculpture and educating others on the reforestation process. The event will take place at 11:00 am on Monday, April 27th at the John T. Harrington Forestry Center in Mora.
